Budget 5-string Question (Yes, I've searched. No, I didn't find my answer)

The MTD Korean/China/Indonesia model used, perhaps. I have no idea what the bridge spacing is, honestly. Someone else may confirm.

Hm..I can't think of any off the top of my head that fit those specs exactly.

Maybe a Peavey Millenium BXP?? But IIRC it's a 34", not sure of spacing. The pups\pre are supposed spec'd the same as the USA Cirrus, IIRC.

G&L Tribute L2500 is about as Fenderish as you can get. Can be had easily for $425-500. But it's 34", 17.5 string spacing. Pups\pre are spec'd same as USA G&L.

SBMM Ray 35 is 34", 17.5 or so and pups\pre spec'd same as USA EBMM SR5H. But you're looking at $600 new. Haven't seen any of these used yet.

Lakland 55-01 is 35", 19", Korean Bart pups and pre, but more in the $500+ range used. Unless you found a giveaway deal here on TB somehow.

A beat-up Lakland 55-01 could be talked down to that price. I've seen several for about $550. That meets both the 35" and the 19mm requirements. Only bass I know of that does, though.

I think DeArmond used to make a 5er that would work too, but they've been out of production for a good long while.

My Schecter Omen Extreme 5 is 17.5mm (ish) at the bridge, is $450, has (what I consider to be) a decent onboard preamp, but doesn't have Fenderish looks. Note: mine is a slightly older model than was is linked. Mine has a quilted maple top, not flamed, and mine does not have binding around the body.
