Some of my recent Replies in DB/Recordings/"Sinatra Bassist", have been "removed".
Was there a reason for this?

As per our private conversation, there were a string of replies that were in effect members insulting each other, trying to get the last word in. As the moderator, I took the last word by deleting all of these public replies. The last word was "no".

Sorry, Chris, I don't agree with your decision. Neither my " ...Brother Fuqua..." or my "...Condolences..." replies were, in any way, disrespectful or insulting. They were fairly lighthearted expressions of my opinions, delivered with a smattering of Humor.

Feel free to report any moderator actions you feel were in error to the site's Help Desk by clicking on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any forum page.

neither received. we are receiving hd tickets from other members, and I just sent one as a test that came through immediately.

also, please note that commenting on moderation public violates talkbass rule #5, 'questioning a moderator decision publicly' keep it to private message / help desk in future

My original PM to the Moderator, (sent shortly after this Thread was started), disappeared after my original PM and his subsequent PM response. (Those PM's are no longer appearing in my "Conversations"...?). The next response from Chris appeared here @ Bug Reports. I'm not sure why the PM conversation was discontinued and moved here.
Also, FYI - my original concern appeared here, as I thought that some Replies had been lost/deleted, due to a technical glitch. (There was no prior warning of impending action by the Mod).

the only way it would disappear would be if you left the conversation. The pm did not magically reappear, Chris replied to existing conversation and added me.

Please direct any further conversation on this topic to the helpdesk via 'contact us' button. Once you were told the reason for removal, any public disagreement on this should have went to private message / helpdesk.
