Building speed as intermediate/advanced bassist

Hey everyone. Been playin about 20 years now. Piano foundation before jumping to bass. I am well versed, have a good enough ear to play something I hear in under 5 minutes. Good fundamental understanding of music theory.

I’m looking for training/practice methods for building speed. Not dean town opening speed, but quick licks with awkward finger patterns. I don’t think I’m slow by any means. I mostly play funk and can play just about anything I want. I guess I just want to break into that nutty mohini speed (maybe not quite that fast)
