Bulls on Parade -RATM

Just FYI, individual instrument tracks for songs are usually unavailable to the public as they are carefully guarded by the record company that owns them. When songs are mixed down and then mastered in the studio for release on an album it then becomes impossible to later isolate the individual tracks that make up the songs.

The only way to get individual instrument tracks is if the record company/artist chooses to release them under license for some specific purpose (which rarely happens) or some insider with access to the original tracks steals them and sells them for personal profit (which is illegal and happens even more rarely).

However, there are individual tracks for some songs available as a result of deals made with record companies/artists for the Guitar Hero video game. The three songs by Tool that you have tracks for are the ones that Tool licensed for Guitar Hero World Tour. Unless RATM's Bulls on Parade also happens to have been licensed for release this way, you're out of luck.
