Bumps...and no they're not swollen

Say if you are selling an item and 24 hours has passed and you want to move your post to the top, you can bump it.
Also if you post a question or see a topic you want revisited and want a fresh set of eyes you can bump it as well.
If you overuse the "bump" the mods get cranky lol. For sale ads it's specifically 24 hours before you can bump a thread.
All a bump is is typing bump and hitting submit. Nothing overly fancy about it.
