  1. Just have to many amps so these two are the least used. Both have great tone and power just not used. asking 650.00 plus shipping for the Buster and 1500.00 plus shipping for the Marshall. Maybe, once I acquire nice equipment I don't usaually move it so well see.

You're even less likely to move it w/o pics, history and detailed descriptions.. Just sayin'
  3. Pics coming soon
  4. Ok here is the buster and the story on this amp is; Got it from GC in texas. It came from a TB member here and I had it shipped to Mo. Its has been gigged a few times and sounds great but my singer complains strongly every time I use it.( I guess he likes the bass blowing by his feet so it's not worth listening to him ) Rather than keep it I'm thinking someone else should enjoy this unique piece.

  5. O Here is the deal with with Marshall. When I purchased it I didn't realize it was 4 or 2 ohm. Considering the only cabinet have is 8 ohm I would rather not do that. I already have a 400+ I usually use for bigger venues. I did play it out once great tone and power . There again I really don't have a cabinet for it. So i might as well move it.

So that Buster is a 200w tube combo with 2 10's? Interesting! What are the taps on the output transformer? Seems like a cool grab n' go (if you've been hitting the gym) that could double as a head on top of a 2nd cab. What speakers are in it? Serviced lately? What tubes?

Sorry for all the questions, I've just never seen one of those before and you've got my attention.
  12. This is from mesa website. I haven't played it enough to service it and I believe the speakers are EV. It has a retractable handle with wheel for easier transport.

    Meet Buster!

...the newest addition to the Mesa Boogie family, and here to reshape the way Bassists think about Tone. Far beyond power and portability, Buster forges a new realm of definition and clarity, where electric bass steps forward....into the commanding role as timekeeper. Instantaneous attack created in the all-tube pre-amp is fed to an ultra-dynamic, super fast tube driver...then on to the all-new 200 watt (6 x 6L6) powerplant that propels the sound with shocking speed and accuracy. Take the dare, put your favorite solid state bass amp up next to Buster......let the passion of an all-tube sermon on the fundamentals baptize you into a deeper appreciation for what bass tone can be.

    200 Watts, All Tube, Class A/B Power / 6x6L6-427, 3x12AX7

    Assignable 7 Band Graphic EQ

Parallel FX Loop w/Mix Level Control

    600 Ohm XLR Balanced Out

    Silent Record Mute Switch

    1 Button EQ Footswitch
