buzz buzz buzz

Hey. My bazz really badly buzzes after the 12th fret and most of the notes dont play, it just buzzes. i noticed the strings touch alot of the frets around the note im playing and i need to know if this would be fixed by a neck or bridge adjustment? also at the bridge, the low e string saddle is lower than all of the others. Is this normal? my bass is a squier vm p bass.

both a neck and a bridge adjustment, probably.

no, it is not "normal" for the E to be lower than the other strings. raise it up by screwing the screws on the bridge (the screws of the E)

It needs a setup, Probably a truss rod adjustment too. If you don't know how to do that, take your bass to a tech.
