Buzzapalooza!

Hey yall.....
got a little electronics question....
I own a standard fender jazz MIM.....
My prob is that anytime that my seperate Pup volumes arent at the exact same setting i get this really annoying hum/buzz in my amp. The wierd thing is that it doesnt happen all the time. Just most of it.
Anyone have any ideas?

That is the famous 60hz cycle hum.

I have have heard of that.... quite infamous.... Im supposing thats not changeable within the guitar?....
will switching pickups help at all? or is it an electronics thing?

You can switch out the pickups, buy a pair of humcancelling J's then you´re all set.
