Buzzing cab on one note

Hi all curious about something with my cabinet. I have a Hartke VX 215 lately it sounds like one of my speakers has developed a buzzing distorted tone but only a D played at the 5th fret A string. It hasn't done this before and it's not an action issue or fret buzz because it happens on both basses with different cables. It just started the other day. I've wondered if I had a blown driver for a bit but I don't hear a grinding noise when I pres on the cone. Thanks for any insight you guys might provide.

I'm not familiar with that particular cabinet, but my first guess would be that the grill is resonating with that note and rattling. Might be as simple a fix as tightening one or more of the screws holding the grill in place.
