I used to have a Zvex Woolly Mammoth. Sounded great in the mix but sometimes too aggressive on its own. Any other fuzzes out there that have that buzzsaw sound while retaining the low end?

Thanks Steve (am I right?).

ODB-3.
I'm serious! They're not as bad as so-many say; nice buzzsaw action - but not a "fuzz", in my definition.
I use one every day - Usually for hard-distortion buzzsaw, but I also perfectly-well appreciate its light, slightly-raspy overdrive, though.
Although it's true that I always have an Xciter before it (input-side), and a compressor.
Y'know: I think this is one of those effects that doesn't sound as-good solo; sounds different with a band.
