With 8 and 9 string guitars, why can't we try low c#0 and f#0 contrabasses? So here is a track I made trying to do just that! I feel like we need more of these. There's another video on my channel talking about me setting up the bass too if you're interested. Anyone else try experimenting this low? I've heard about quake basses, but I can hardly find any videos.

Lol, Ya not for the play through, I got the grit tone running through a line 6 helix with the darkglass pedal and a cab impulse, Then I did a lot of multiband compression on the DI to get the low end just right, I put the kick above the bass in the mix cuz if you high pass above 80hz on that low c# it really vanishes, so it really blasts down there like a trap sub when you go down that low
Ive got a heavy cover on my channel using the contrabass now! I really hope more people utilize this low tuning
