Cab Advice, head suggestions

I currently have a 1 year old fender rumble 200v3 at home and an Ampeg BA112v2? at my firehouse for late night practice (after the tenor sax practice). Anyways I have recently been meeting up with some people to jam and they recently have started asking me to travel a few places with them to fill the hole on bass. Until now I have been working or busy on the dates requested. A couple months ago my church (that I usually DI into(2 QSC 12" E series PA speakers for everything) though there are rumblings of maybe a sub coming sooner or later because my 53 yo pastor wants to "feel the bass in his chest" on the front row haha. Anyways the Church had an outdoor picnic/ service and I brought my fender with full expectation it would meet the need with its 140w. Well it made it but a few people in the band and crowd said I was just cutting it. Knobs were cranked up high. The crowd was 75 people in an open air pavilion. So I've been told we will do that again sometime soon before colder weather and sometimes I have the opportunity to drop in another place or two usually using the out from my amp (fender). Here's the point. I have been thinking of moving up and thought at first of selling the 200 and getting the Rumble 500 v3 combo. Then I started looking around and found a few 4x10 heads/cabs and started eyeing in the head cabinet direction because the rumble 500 is only 350 minus an extra cab. The cabs I have been looking at recently on reverb, GC, FB, craigslist etc have been a hartke 4x10 "transient attack" and 3 Edens all within 45 mins to 2 hrs from me. They are the D410T, D410XLT, and E410XST. I wouldn't mind driving to get them I like a calm day roadtrip. My thought initially was getting the d410t (cheapest) and getting the rumble 350 or 500 v3 head to run it. Looking at the 2 higher wattage cabs I'm open to good amp suggestions. I don't really know good names and/or models in general let alone over 350w. The XLT says it's better for low end and the XST says it's good for all around. I don't think my budget is for new ( but looking for reliable used). OK I've said enough, what are the opinions of you guys who have played a lot more than me? I have been playing bass about 2.5 years and bought the rumble 200 last year as a single venue (church) player thinking I was going to be OK for a while and a year later I'm looking to upgrade with other additional possibilities popping up. I just hate to not be prepared if opportunity presents itself. I read a long old thread the other day about what rig wattage you need to gig and that was helpful and got me thinking higher watts. Ever heard of paragraphs? I'd bet you'd be fine with just the matching 15" cab for Your rumble. The additional 60 watts doesn't make much difference, but another 15" will.
