I’d suggest calling David at RevSound to discuss options - he’s in New Hampshire, maybe he has a way to get cabs up to CN quickly. As others have mentioned, he's extremely knowledgeable and a super nice guy. And yes, the Mesa 112s are heavier. The Mesa 350 is a great amp, it'll pair with anything well! i will add that I'm getting ready to sell a Genzler Bass Array 110-2, 21 lbs. PM me if you are interested. I use one now with a Magellan 350, but don't need 2 cabs.

I just bought a D-350 recently as well, and really like it a lot. Great choice, @kraken_kr!

Where in Canada are you located? If you are anywhere near a L&M, they will be getting the new Markbass line in sometime in November. I've got my eye on a 4ohm 210 which only weighs 24lbs; it'll allow me to drive the full power of the Mesa in a single cab (I have a pair of 8ohm 112s if I want to do a "stack"). They have an array of options, so maybe that is also worth a look?

London, Ontario! I might be able to drive to Toronto to test it out...I have watched a markbass form factor comparison demo before and the 2x10 was my favorite (unfortunately for the previous lines they are all over my desired weight limit).

This is the one I'm looking into getting; as I say it's only 24lbs, which is pretty close to what you are looking for. They do an 8ohm version as well, if you ever want to get into a two-cab situation

Comparing bass cabinets based on their specs is impossible because no manufacturer that I’m aware of publishes actual response curves to verify their claims of response and output. Most companies also use -10 dB tolerances which allow them to claim wide response but don’t accurately convey the real-world performance.

l’ve also found some cases where the claimed output was overstated based on the manufacturer’s own sensitivity and power handling specs.

All I’m trying to say is that you should try cabinets before you buy them or have some recourse if something doesn’t meet your needs or expectations. Definitely don’t rely on specs alone.
