Cabling up the VT Deluxe

Just got my pedal on Friday last week, one word so far about it, WOW. Great pedal, very very versatile with lots of capabilities. I definitely found it gave my notes a lot more girth and made them more audible. Enough to the point where my guitarist and drummer even complimented it. Distortion sounds very natural instead of digitized (like my ODB3) and can be pushed from a just a slight touch of dirt to full overdriven fuzzy goodness.

So my question here is I am bit confused on how I should be cabling up this pedal to my amp. I have an RH450 from TC which already has a very powerful EQ so I am bit leary about bypassing the preamp section in the head, but curious if this is the right way to go about it (considering I do get 6 presets and an EQ in the pedal).

Lastly the manual recommends running compressors, overdrive, distortion in between the bass and the main input. The putting all modulation in the effects send/return?

- Boss Delay
- Swollen Pickle Fuzz
- Crybaby Wah Pedal
- Chorus Pedal (Didnt get it yet, but leaning on TC electronic)
- Digitech Bass Synth Wah

I'd be inclined to go:

Bass > EBS Multicomp > Crybaby Wah > Digitech Synth Wah > Boss ODB-3 Overdrive > Swollen Pickle Fuzz > RH450 Input Stage. Then I'd go Effect Send > Chorus > Delay > VT Bass > Effect Return.

If that requires too much cabling, I'd pop the Chorus & Delay & VT Bass after the Swollen Pickle, & still run everything into the input stage of the RH450.

I have the BDDI deluxe(returned the vt) and I go into the effects return of my gk7003bii, chorus,flanger,reverb in the effects loop, bass muff between bass and bddi, into tuner from bddi parrallel out.

i'd go bass > comp > wah > bsw > chorus > delay > pickle > odb-3 > vtd > amp input. all a matter of taste, but i hate effects loops.
