Cakewalk help

I've been using cakewalk for a while now and I've recorded a few things.All of a sudden for no reason it wont record my audio any more. I can hear whatever's going thorugh the mic on my speakers but it wont pick up on Cakewalk. N e ideas to fix this would be great.. Thx

Usually you need to select the recording source in windows mixer.
