Call for nerds around here should result in the longest thread ever.
Pic of the bass would help verify some of the information I've found, guessing it's a 1996 KB1 right now. Can't be sure where it was made, but I'm 99.9% sure it's not a US or MIJ. The serial indicates it's an import from 96, I'm guessing either Korea, Taiwan, or India.
