Can anyone help date this Cab?

Hey All!
Looking at this 610HLF and wondering if there's a way to accurately date it. It is the US made version, and debating a new(er?) o verseas made as consensus is they are "better" sounding. So, multiple items here...date on this (see pic), or if the overseas made is "better" what is the consensus difference sonically?

I can't offer an opinion on what would be better, but that cabinet is from January 2007, and was the 56th unit of that production run.

I believe the reasons generally cited when folks have the opinion that the import cabs are a better option are that when they went to overseas production they went back to plywood instead of OSB, and that was around the time eminence changed the specs or materials on the speakers so they sound a little brighter (at least for the 810 and 410HLF). Don’t have an opinion there myself, haven’t compared them side by side.

The 610HLF I had was an older US model but the drivers were all replaced when I got it. No issues with durability of the OSB but I didn’t own it very long.
