Can I plug an electric guitar into my Laney RB3?

Hi everybody; I have been playing bass for quite a while now (3 years) and ever since I got my first bass I have been playing through a Laney RB3. I have been thinking about getting a guitar just to mess around and I was wondering if I could play guitar with my Laney. I may get some kind of affordable guitar pre-amp to connect to the bass amp, but I don't want to take the risk of damaging it. So, can I wreck my bass amp if I use it to play guitar? Nope, the tone controls are tailored for bass guitars but that is it. Go for it. No damage.
