Can someone please look at this TAB?

IMG_1617.gif

Is it just me or is this tab NOT the music being played in this mp3... Isn't that 2nd half note too high?

This is really pissing me off cus I think it's the 2nd incorrect tab I've come across and im just on page 63...

Someone please tell me if I am just a dumb newbie with no reading comprehension, if I am wrong.

Why tab is evil.... Instead of learning the names of the notes on the fingerboard or how to figure out the names of the notes he complains the tab is bad.

Does the student learn this is a classic chord progression of 50's Rock? That bass line is root fifth octave? What about counting/clapping the rhythm? How about some basic ear training to learn sound of 5th's and octaves. Learn to recognize the sound of the I, VI, IV, V progression. So many little pieces of info could be taught from that simple exercise. Going over that teach the student to go beyond just learning to move their fingers to what all is there to learn from this fragment of music.

lol whoops, thats what happens when you practice bass at 2 in the morning after a halloween party...:ninja:

That second half note still sounds like a lower note to me, like its an octave lower... I was just messing around and wanted to play something, I gotta admit I skipped the reading on it lol. :hiding:
