Can you help me ID this bass?

Apparently the serial number is: IC040961744

But the headstock says Fender? Indonesia? I just haven't seen any that say Fender instead of Squire.

Since I didn't see an IC04 number listed in the Fender Indonesian serial number list (list starts with IC08) and a search at the Fender serial number search page resulted in "Sorry, no results for IC040961744" I'd consider giving Fender a call.
