If it's a fernandes, it's a copy. The closest I could find on ebay had a similar, but definitely different head stock. It also seems to be of a lot cheaper build than what the fernades are going for. Though, I am impressed with the quality of the neck. any other ideas?
JimmyM! while I don't presently have it to compare (a friend is borrowing it) I think you nailed it! My question is, why on earth doesn't it have any label? the only print I found on the thing was on the pots. The thing sounds great, I'm not impressed with tuning machines nor the plywood body though. thoughts?
that's a thought... but There still isn't any stamp/ ID in the neck pocket or on the neck plate. That, and the paint on the headstock looks pretty original.
