Can you solve this mystery?...

I just spotted this Ibanez Ergodyne on Reverb and the seller has no idea who signed it. He is not the original owner, obviously. I'm sure the penetrating intellect of the TB community can figure this out. Any ideas? I guess there's always the chance that it was a guy from a local band we've never heard of or even the first owner (a classic narcissist) who signed his own instrument. Does this signature look familiar like anyone famous? I'm not even sure what the letters are... "Gil C" maybe?
