Can't connect via Android

I'm on a Samsung S4 - and haven't been able to connect for the past couple of days. I have restarted, killed the app, etc - no love. It's as if there isn't anything to connect to. . .just keeps "Loading....".

Ok, so finally uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Really frustrating as I was still getting alerts. Anyhow, back up now.
