I think is Squier series before Squier by Fender, controls looks weird tho.

The "CN" serial indicates it was manufactured in Korea. So, yeah, basically a Squier with a Fender logo.

That was made BEFORE there was a squier company.

No. That is a 90's model. Squier had been around for a while. Fender just wanted to sell some Korean Fenders. These were from the same line the Korean Squiers came from, but those were not the first Squiers.

I've never seen one of those before! Are the electronics kind of like an Elite II?
