Can't get enough effects volume from my Korg AX3000B Bass Processor

Just got it. Read thru manual, and adjusted the expression pedal to kick up the volume. When I unplug my Bass and go straight thru, Bass to amp, my usual LOUD volume. I've adjusted every volume ( effect, pedal, ect) and even re-iniatialized the unit, but I'm just getting NO volume with this unit. Has this happened to anyone else? Any idea's?

Did you check the level knob on the back side of the unit?

I use to have this multi-effects processor. it was an awesome unit. and I do remember it has that level control. it was pretty handy.
