Can't play my own line!

Ever free jam with a friend, hit a line you have no idea where from, but can't remember how it goes again? Ever record it, and still not know? Yep, that's where I'm at. 8 hours in, and still can't do it again. Why's this so hard? Lol

and I always write stuff down when I can. Notating made it easier for me to play a riff and then write it out
