Double Bass Capuzzi Orchrestration?

Another silly question! I'm planning a performance of the Capuzzi concerto with a local school orchestra (reasonable school standard, not amazing, hence the need to stick to the simple Capuzzi). I'm going to play the solo part up an octave, but I need lots of time to work that up and memorise the thing, so I don't think I've got time or the skill to come up with my own orchestration. My question is: does an orchestration exist? does anyone have parts?

Have you seen Paradzik's performance of the Capuzzi? I have no idea where to find this orchestration, but it's out there.
