Carvin 210MBE MICRO BASS 2 X 10

Has anyone heard or tried one of these cabs yet? I mean the price is amazing $229, but I just wonder how they sound. Plus they weigh right around 30 pounds.

I am currently running a pair of Avatar B210 cabs, and I like the tone and volume I get, but the weight of the non neo cabs are a bit much at 60 pounds. I was wondering how these would stack up sonically, but I am worried with their smaller dimensions if they can achieve the sound and volume of the Avatars. I like to use just one for smaller situations as well.

Yes, they are $299 MAP. Sometimes they are on fleaBay for that "or best offer" - I got my second one for $250 shipped. Yes, the color selections are interesting but I saw the shipping as $19 so $248 shipped? Where did you see the power rating? I looked all over for that and info about what connections it has? I assume they are non-ported but I couldn't find that info either? If you are looking for light and capable of taking much more power look to RevSound :) .

also they are ported look at the bottom right corner...

a friend of mine bought the combo version and the stand alone cab-
the cab didn't take the B well at all and farted out really early. he sold it quickly thereafter.
I thought it sounded like a $200 cab.
