Carvin B2000 vs. Aguilar Tone Hammer 500

Better head choice?

I'm slowly upgrading my bass equipment and I'm torn between 2 amp heads: the Carvin B2000 and the Tone Hammer 500. Both look great, but I'm not too sure which one would be better. I do play more of a metalcore style with the band. I do have an ESP LTD D-6 bass. What are your opinions on which I should purchase?

i am in an alternative rock cover band, we currently have a very diverse song set list, everything from sublime to the femmes, I played a B2000 for the last 6 years, never turned up past 4-5 on the main volume, basic scoop of the mids, played with the aguilar GS 4X10 and GS 112. I played a Music man stingray active, Lakeland active 5 string, now I only play passive American Fenders, P and jazz basses. I love the tone difference from the Tone Hammer, the carvin was good but the Tone Hammer 500 kills it, I also added the SL112, so I left the 4x10 at rehearsal studio and I gig wiith both 112s. Super light setup.
