For you consideration is my Carvin B50 5-string. I love the look and sound of this bass, but as I grow older, I have found that I need to go to a smaller string spacing. I have taken very good care of this bass and am hard pressed to find any dings or scratches anywhere. $715 shipped and insured Here are some specs below: Translucent Honeyburst $40.00 TN Tung Oil Finish Back Of Neck CH Classic Style Headstock BMNH Birdseye Maple Natural Clear Headstock BMF Birdseye Maple Fingerboard (TungOiled) ABD Abalone Dot Inlays FR MedJumbo Frets .048" H .103" W 19mm string spacing R14 14in Fretboard Radius J9A J99A Alnico Single Coil Pickups AC Active/Passive Electronics ABL Abalone Logo SL Dunlop Strap-locks IVN Ivory Graph Tech TUSQ Nut HC8 Black Tolex Hardshell Bass Case Weight of bass comes in at just over 9lbs
Sorry for the delayed response, I did not know that there was a post on this thread. I do not know the year of the bass. I have had it for the last two years or so. The frets look stainless, but I am not the original owner that ordered this from Carvin. It is a really nice bass for the price. Thanks
Thank you. Oddly enough we posted to the Carvin B40/B50 Club on the same day back in 2017. I posted my Ganja Green B50 which I owned twice.
