Carvin BR410 Construction

I recently purchased 2 Carvin BR410-8 cabs, (about a month apart), and noticed they were assembled differently. The handle holes in the dust cover of one cab did not line up with the handles on the cab. After stacking the two cabs together, the handles do not line up. It appears one cab had the speaker baffle installed on the wrong side.

In the stacked photo, the top cab is the one in question. You can see where the handles are farther away from the face of the cab. The bottom cab fits the dust cover fine.

I have contacted Carvin, and they said there may have been a design change. I sent them the photos, but have not heard back from them.

Has anyone else noticed this issue?

The thing is that the handles should be placed where the cab is balanced. The top cab is probably more balanced when carrying the cabinet. So I believe that Carvin changed the design for the better.
Or maybe they are just randomly cutting the holes for the handles.:D
