Has anyone tried out the Carvin BX1 Bass pre-amp? It has a high 2.2 meg Ohm input impedance and +13 dB gain plus a parametric EQ for mids, a Baxandall type treble/bass EQ which gives cut and boost, 1/4" and XLR outputs, effects loop, 12 db input attenuator, compressor, mute, and true bypass, plus a blend feature, an effects loop and tuner output.
The input impedance makes me think it should work with piezo type bridge wing pickups.
