CARVIN BX500 Rackmount Faceplate

I am trying to locate (2) Carvin BX500 Rackmount Faceplates. OR if someone would be willing to trace out the faceplate and give me the dimensions I have a machine shop where I work who could cut me two faceplates out.
Anyone have one they would be willing to trace out and give me the dimensions. I have two amps no faceplate.
