Carvin BX500 settings

I know this has been discussed before, but I did a search and all the results were so buried in several 50+ page threads that it was hard to find.

Anyway, does anyone care to post their settings on the bx500? There are just soooo many possibilities that I would like to try out some other user's settings.

Also, even though the bx500 has a tubed preamp, does anyone use a separate preamp on this amp? Like a vt bass or sansamp BDDI? If so, is it always on?
