Carvin Lb70 vs Spector Rebop 4DLX?

I have the chance to trade my Carvin LB70 neck thru ebony fretboard for a Spector Rebop 4dlx.
I'll go for mike starr/ inez ...Eddie Jackson sound.
Worth the trade?

Looks like a fair trade if they are in similar condition. I would think that it would also depend on how many upgrades your LB70 might have (eg: non standard color, figured top, tung oiled neck). I'm partial to the LB70, myself.
