Just an excellent bass anyway you slice it. Birdseye board, great fretwork, narrower nut, reasonable weight and very comfortable standing or sitting. The body is Alder. If you like the Jazz format but feel the bodies are a bit too large you will like this. I got it like new, it now has 2 gigs worth of light playwear (Black on Black is a bitch)! No dings or bumps.

Carvin single coil alnico pups are hot and....assertive, shall we say. :bassist: These have a really nice 2 band pre with pull passive mode and tone control. String through body option and I'll include the Nickel Rounds it came with. Comes with an extra unused white pickguard, case candy and minty G+G Carvin HSC.

I think these are a great value at the full price. I'm asking $800. I paid $850 and feel I got a great deal. Buyer covers shipping, PayPal accepted.

This is a 2010 build. It really had not been played before I got it. The case is like new too.

Due to an unexpected eBay SCORE I'm in the mood to move it. $800 will do it.

Hey, did you get the BB76?

No, it's an A Bass prototype built for the original Darryl Jones sig model. This was totally under the radar on eBay. I owned one before and I'm very happy to find another.:hyper:

This is a very comfortable bass to play standing or sitting. Everything feels a little downsized compared to a Jazz. Body, neck profile and even the reach to the nut due to the placement of the bridge way back.

It occurs to me that this would be an excellent first 5 string if you are thinking of branching off. I know the first one I bought had such a crappy B string that it put me off 5's for quite a while.
This is much better than 'good for the price'. If I hadn't picked up an unexpected life list bass on eBay this would be a keeper along with my Lakland.

Thanks for the trade ideas but I need the cash-ola for a bass on it's way to me.:)
