Anyone have one of these? Found this locally for very cheap, case and everything included except the manual. Was wondering if anyone had a copy and also if you have the original power supply what the fuse situation looks like in the back? I have nothing in the fuse slot and consequently no power it seems.

I have been looking for a multi-patter condenser mic for awhile and for $125 bucks it seems like it wasn't a bad deal for what little I could find in past sales and in reviews.

Cascade closed up shop a few years ago, so finding information online has gotten difficult. They were a great company located down the highway from me. I own one of their X15 stereo ribbons and it’s a solid performer. Hopefully you can find the info on the missing fuse and that’s all the PS needs to get back to working.

Thanks! From what I have gathered since I posted, the father passed and the son took over slightly after. However he rebranded the company: Pinnacle Microphones but they still offer full repair and warranty work on Cascade. I sent them an email but may give them a call soon if I don't hear back via that route.

Speaking of which I just got an email from them! She noted that they only picked up and continued the Ribbon mics and no longer are making the condenser mic. The original tech who built Elroy's is still there but is having serious health issues so he is not available. They can't find any documentation on the fuse size as of yet but if they can contact him they will let me know.

I reached out to a few sellers on Reverb who recently sold one (unfortunately there are no live ads) on the hope one of them cracked that fuse slot open but no luck so far. I am wondering if anyone who knows power supplies could tell what amp fuse would be safe based on the parts inside? The plastic fuse holder says use 250v but it seems the glass tubes in that size can vary in amperage.

Is it just a rebadge, or does it simply use the same body and headbasket? You can buy many SYT bodies in bulk. My D87 (vintage Neumann U87 clone) that I built uses an SYT-5 body since they're readily available, come in a nice powder coated finisht that's extremely robust, and have a variety of body shapes suitable for any number of builds. I suspect Cascade simply used SYT bodies on some of their products where doing their own body wasn't cost effective. I'd be interested in seeing a comparison of the internal components.
