5 year old Abby! A rescue cat we adopted 8 months ago. Previous owner had her front paws de-clawed. My Son says its a very inhumane procedure. Makes me want to hunt down the evildoers and de-claw them!

Maybe he swallowed a Peavey IPR with custom yellow LEDs? Have you lifted his tail to see if there's additional light at the far end? It would tend to verify the swallowed IPR hypothesis.

Tell me about it. I try to sleep with my door shut, but he can open doors. I'll try to shut him in one part of the house, a few minutes later, he'll come strolling into the room, and start doing figure 8's around my legs in an apparent move to get me to stand still. The other day I came home found my bedroom door closed and locked - from the inside, with the cat sitting just outside with a look of, "now what are you going to do?" on his face. He's a strange cat. Four years on, he still chases his tail. If he likes you, he'll try to nurse on your ear lobes. If he doesn't like you, he'll pee on something you care about (actually, that's pretty normal for a cat). He prefers the company - and food of dogs. He alternately terrorizes my cocker spaniel and curls up with her for naps. He absolutely adores my husky, Layla, who has the prey-kill instinct for smaller animals. She has ended the lives of countless wild animals who've ventured into the back yard, including birds, squirrels, turtles, opossum, an armadillo and several water moccasins. But with this cat, she's as submissive as I've ever seen her, and I'm convinced it has something to do with the eyes.
