Charvel jackson 2b price

i still love my old bass but I don't play it much. Been on a roll selling a few things trying to pay down debt and such. Thinking just maybe of selling mine. Its all original, has about a nickel size ding it the body, otherwise your basic little scuffs but it's solid. The glittery creamy white one, typically seen often.

What I'm wondering is normally you see them for sale but right now it's like only one is for sale from what I can find. That guy on eBay. So I know they are normally going for 300. However what about now, are they realy that hard to find now, and nobody wants to sell them. These things sound amazing. I can't decide if I wanna sell it or not, but what could I get for it now days?

I had a Charvel 2B and sold it in 93’ to ironically pay off debt. I have always regretted it and have wanted one just like my old one since then. If you are considering selling yours, on me and let’s talk.

I have a bunch of 2b's still, and had that many more in the past couple decades. I would sell any of mine for 100 dollars if I needed the money that badly.
they usually go for around 200-300 depending on case with it or not.
I don't understand why anyone would sell them for so cheap. Sounding as good as they do and the good feel, age, I just don't get it. I can't imagine less than 300. No matter what. Idk man.

supply and demand I guess. They are not rare at all ( except for the leftys which I still have 3 of ) and you see one on reverb or ebay for 300+ shipping and NO case, it will sit there for a long time.....lol
Not rare but they gotta be fewer than before, and why are hardly any for sale, have you looked around. Hey by the way, do you play left and right handed well? I've seen your old vids but I forgot.

I've got two, and they are great players, built at the height of Japanese crafmanship. Unfortunately they didn't appreciate like other companies work has. They are every bit as good and better as many of the fenders put out in the 60's-80's, but just haven't kept their resale. Too bad for the seller, but good news for collectors that want a good bass for cheap.

You never know though, look st the peavey T40's and Dyna basses. 5 or so many years ago you could pick them up for a few hundred, these days they fetch quite a bit more.

Charvel might end up having their day in the long run.

interesting. wonder why. oh well. they can delete it if wanted. some good info here though now so idk.
Whilst I am just the messenger, my interpretation is that TB is a community supported venture, and that if people utilize it as a resource for decision support that leads to financial gain then it seems reasonable to make the small investment required to support the community.

yeah im not selling it on here, was just curious of the worth now days, but i see what you mean, ppl posting ads here and such. Makes sense if they are not making money on advertising and such. Im only here a few times a year so kinda out of the loop.

Is this a safe place to sell items? I worry about selling on forums.

In my experience it’s been very safe. The upside is that in many cases the buyer has been on TB for a number of years and has thousands of posts, so there is a history. Also people have ratings for transactions as part of their profile. If you use PayPal to complete the transaction you also have the benefit of buyer and seller protection. Finally, you have the chance to PM and discuss the purchase thoroughly to make sure both buyer and seller are on the same page.
