Cheap bass GAS

There are always a couple of these on eBay. I gave the truss rod a little twist and it's quite playable.

Here's a pic to prove that I really own it

Beware! It comes with an allen wrench for the truss rod, a cord to plug it into your amp, a battery, and a rounded triangular piece of plastic. I stuck it between my thumb and index finger and the bass got alot louder when I struck a string with it. However, no gig bag is available. What a rip-off.

Was a freak.. best playing one I've ever owned.

Body was the dimensions of a curbow.. neck was Jbass naroow and thin.. had a Washburn"ish" headstock 2+2.. great intonation..

Funky metallic Greenish Bronzish color..

Great bass with p/j pickups..

Guy got a sweet deal (what ever it was).

My very first bass was a white Univox HiFlier. I didn't pick it out, my parents did. Based on price. (it must have been not much more than 100 bucks). Saw one at a guitar show last month, just like it, for $500. I almost bought it, but a little tight on cash, so passed. A Jay Turser Beatle bass would be cool too, but mostly I'm not that into the cheapies, just to have them.

Jimmy, GC Winter Park has/had a T-40 for $199(easily repaired wiring), Cash America Sanford has a P style Peavey Fury(Late eighties) for $119. If you want to see how rediculous this cheap GAS can get pm me and I'll show you my front room over in Altamonte . My 61 Jazz never sees the light of day anymore.

I've been digging my SX Pbass since I got it a couple weeks ago but what I'm really fiending for is a late 70's Matsumoku P Bass copy (Aria, Ibanez, etc..) lately.

I'm digging my Peavey Millenium BXP4. Other than the Hipshot ultralites, and vintage Fender jazz bass knobs, she's stock. It's nice and light, sounds great, and plays beautifully. Not bad for $199 off the shelf.
