For sale is this excellent condition Christopher SB204T Busetto model bass from 2005. The size is 3/4 and it's setup with a very nice ebony fingerboard. The neck is solid and straight, never been broken or repaired. The scroll and pegbox have never been broken either. No open seams and no cracks anywhere.
Very solid bass and easy to play. Bass is a laminated spruce top, with laminated flamed maple back and sides; fully arched; hand carved maple neck and scroll. The bridge is easily adjustable and the Rubner style machines work well. There is some light scuffing in the edges typical of an upright bass. The table under the bridge has not sunk nor have the F holes.
The bass bar inside has been reglued with reinforcement fabric glued over the ends to ensure it never comes loose.
