Are there any Chuck Orr Bass owners out there? Chuck built guitars for Prince in the 80s, and some basses too. They have a squared neck profile. I sold him hardware back then, looking at picking one up. Please post pics.

I started going to him in 82 or so.He had some pretty crazy designs in the shop(you could tell from the Prince guitars he made)He modified my Hondo P bass pretty heavily.I thought it was a hipshot bridge he put on but maybe it was one of his?sadly I sold that bass in 95 and only have one grainy pic of it.he installed one of his bridges on a Japanese P bass I had, not sure it made much difference that I could tell but he removed some wood to make it work, glad it wasn't a real Fender bass. He did have a super nice fretless in the shop that I played once, not the one pictured above. I was really impressed as it was the first "custom, hand made" bass I had ever seen. I'm guessing this was sometime around 1980, give or take.
Hello...d’you ever sell yourI have an Orr Bass. Have you found people interested in buying them?
Thanks.
Hi...didI asked my friend about the Orr bass yesterday and he said he is selling it so I sent you a PM.
Hello...I was wondering if that guy and your friend ever did a deal? I am feverishly wanting an ORR Bass (and guitar)!!)
I've counted at least 10, including my stinger style. Had the original bridge at one point but it got lost at some point. Newer runners too. I'd love to find the parts to make mine all originalI keep reading that He made only 6 basses, His entire career... Is there any truth to this?
