CIJ P Bass - neck swap query

As far as I am aware the necks on Fender P Basses and J Basses are interchangeable, does this also apply to CIJ and MIJ P & J basses?

I’ve never ever tried swapping a neck and was thinking of trying my USA Pro Jazz bass neck on my CIJ P Bass.

From my experience with the Crafted in Japan and the Made in Japan necks, they are completely interchangeable. I’ve swapped at least half a dozen and have never had a single issue with any. The screws lined up and the scale/intonation was dead on. The USA necks will fit on the CIJ and MIJ bodies, as well.

Edit: I remember that one of my MIJ bass necks has a different rounded shape on the corners of the heals that didn’t quite fit in one of my USA bodies. It was close but not exact. Strangely, another one of my MIJ necks fit perfectly.
