I'll put all of his stuff in blue so it's easier to read. I didn't correct any of his grammar. See if you can spot anything fishy. Also, should be noted, each email was from sender "service@paypal.com." with the add'l period at the end.

1st message: He asked if item was for sale.
    2nd message:

    3rd message:
[I wish I knew a way to show a screenshot on TB because it's a beauty. Anyway here's the content copy-pasted. It's a counterfeit Paypal email that looks exactly like a real one. Begins here.]

Yes, a lot of effort isn't it. The pictures were funny. I wish I could show them.
I have a paypal app on my phone so I knew all along that I never got a dime from this guy. And I've experienced so much commerce using paypal that I know what a real message looks like.

Send him some fake shipping info and tell him the stuff is on the way, then tell him you hope he enjoys his new item.

I would ask him to talk to the Barrister, who lives quite close, about your inheritance. Promise him a go between fee if he does.

Tell him you can't send him the 'item' he was interested in because he had the police come and arrest you and you can't send anything from jail.

Tell him you work for Pay Pal and are currently tracking his IP Address.

Then I am pretty sure you can download an Email bomb which is similar to a text bomb where it more or less just texts the recipient endlessly over and over again as many times as you'd like.

My brother got me on a 500 message text just last month. There is NOTHING more annoying, your phone is literally useless until its done.

Anyway I'm pretty sure I've heard of similar programs for email as well.

  12. better be careful of that one...if you have HIS email address, no doubt he has yours (as a matter of fact, you know he does because he has sent you the emails in your op)...therefore, if you start that kind of war, he might retaliate and who knows where it would end...:eyebrow:

    1. Create phony yahoo email
    2. Send email bomb from yahoo email
    3. Send phony shipping email from normal email.
    4. Then send phony PayPal email saying item is being returned due to lack of response from him ( because email bomb was occupying the bandwidth )

Or just skip 3 & 4 and bomb the crap outta this dill wad.

You gotta fight fire with napalm.

Just be prepared to change your email address.

This, I wouldn't get into a email bomb situation, not worth getting spammed. Why did you give him your paypal email anyways? That sounded like a scam from the get go.

  15. Poop in a box and send it to him.

Any time someone sends you an email asking if your item is still available you should ignore it, unless they specifically refer to the item. Your best course of action is to report and move on.
