Closing/ deleting threads

Just wondering why I have the option of closing/deleting some threads and others don't give me the option ???-

How old are the threads that you're trying to close/delete? If I recall, you can only close/delete threads up to a certain point in time.

you can close threads in classifieds. You may edit your own posts up until a certain time limit

Thanks David, I guess you can't delete in the wanted section of the classifieds....

Not hijack the thread but I thought this was relevant to the title...
I'd like to see the option added for the OP to delete an individual post or or block an individual form posting in the OP's thread.
Like if I start a thread and someone flames me for some reason, I can delete his comment and/or block him from posting in MY thread. Minimize conflicts and harassment.
