Does anyone know the notes played by The great Bob Moore on the turnaround? It’s used a lot in old country and bluegrass. Almost sounds like a chromatic note. Would appreciate the help.

The turnarounds with the key being raised a half step? The first beat of the second measure is simply the 5th of the next key, e.g., if the first key is G, the note will be Eb (or D#, if you prefer). Playing the 5th of the new key is the "strongest" method of modulating because it "strongly" suggests the new root.
