Cocktail thread?

Mmm, I love a few cocktails, but a lot are just well, ******.

Bloody Mars made with Spicy V8, Gin and Tonic with Bombay and a lime, Gin and Tonic with Hendricks and a cucumber, JagerBomb with Jager and Red Bull (the ah **** the night drink of choice between me and my friends), Martinis of all kinds, but my favorites are with gin.

Like I said, cocktail of choice. It bad when you start drinking at 3am and don't finish till the jagers gone at 9am though. Cause then you get two hours of sleep and your wide awake, its daytime, and your still fairly well smashed at that point...



Needless to say i got one hell of a sunburn drinking beer the rest of the day while playing horseshoes. The day after I felt like a champ though.

Two fav's at the moment:

1: Sprizz (Two parts of Aperol, three parts of prosecco, ice...light summer sip...not too much alcohol)

2: Caipirinha (Three parts Cachaca, brown sugar, lime, crushed ice...more dangerous...not really light)

Usually, I'm more into drinking german beer and scottish single malt whisky.

I tend to like my liquor straight, tepid and brown.

An Irish whiskey like Bushmill's or a nice rum like Cockspur VSOR straight up in a snifter. Good stuff for sippin!

For a mixed drink I recently discovered Pimms with Ginger ale and cucumber slices. I don't know what the heck that stuff is exactly (If Jagermeister tasted good it would be Pimms) but it goes down good when it's hot outside.

Haha! Good point.

I'm good, man. I'm good. Thanks for asking. Pretty much fully healed. My back is just a little sore if I'm standing for long periods, but it feels like it continues to get better. The Stag cures the soreness mighty quickly though! ;)

Definatly dig Bloody Marys, Gin & Tonics, Whiskey & Cokes, Jagerbombs, Vodka & Cokes, Ouzo & 7up Margaritas, Snowballs, Rusty Nails, and quite a few others I can't think of offhand.

Golden Nails are a fave, thats Jack Daniels, Sothern Comfort, and ice. :cool:


Then there's beer cocktails, Bloody Beers, Snakebites, Black & Tans, yum!

Oh, and alco-pop cocktails, a Fat-Frog is a beautiful thing! :hyper:


Does Egg Nogg count?
