GK MB212 should do the job. 500 watts out of 2 12" speakers in a compact 48lb cab. Should be all the amp you will ever need.
This would be my suggestion except for OP's boutique requirement. I can't imagine a better combo.

This looks great, but per their design, they are set up more for funk/slap playing and I am a very traditional 50's/60's style player. I do like the looks of the Markbass K1 though.
Very interesting. Not quite out of the box thinking, but it looks promising. Just for reference, I don't prefer boutique, it just seems most of the smaller makers of amps and basses put more effort into them.
I like supporting great people making great gear. That's all there is to that. Thanks everyone for such great help. The hunt continues!
I own this and it folds totally flat. Even the wheels fold flat. Worth every penny.

I think that cart is super cool. Especially with the fact that even the wheels fold in!! But alas, it might be a bit small for my whole rig
If you want to spend a lot of money on a sexy combo rig that's unusual:

It'll be about as loud as a 310 rig.....very clear sounding.....heavier and pricier than sonically equivalent options (based on my experience with other PJB gear including the 9B cab, suitcase combo with ext cab, Double 4 and Cub combos)....with a very cool, small footprint. The "many smaller drivers to rule them all" strategy is inefficient, but has its' fans.
Personally, if footprint / space and load in are the key points, I'd opt for a Revsound 4X8 vertical cab with a micro head of choice....happy shopping

I did some digging on the Revsound. Very cool ideas with both the vertical 4x8 and 4x10. But I already have a very small footprint. My sub cab (A Bag End D-15) is only 16" square (ish) so that is as big as my footprint is. It isn't the height or footprint that I am looking to replace. Believe me, I absolutely love my rig. I am searching for a combo to do what my stack does, but with only 1 trip. A comment was made earlier that the dolly/cart may be my answer and right now, with all of the great suggestions, that is probably going to be my better option. And when I am not traveling with a trailer, I can just leave my speaker road cases in the warehouse and pack the cart. The cart I am looking at is the Roller cart R6RT, btw.
Then I'd cross the Redhead off the list. I owned one. Sold it VERY quick. Gigging 3 nights a week and loading and unloading that short, fat pig was horrible.
I figured that with the Revsound 48VT in 1 hand and a micro head in your gigbag pocket= 1 trip "-) A light super cab like a Barefaced 12er might also fit the bill, assuming you are not pushing your current cab stack to its' limit.

For the kind of slam you are talking about, take your time and track down a Bergantino IP310, and feed it with a nice pedalboard preamp. That’s about as slammin boutique as you’re going to get.
Otherwise, the GK MB212 looks like the current king combo.

I think what has happened is that the boutique 212’s are really light now and the micro heads seem to have come of age; so, most cats who might have looked for higher end combos are using those rigs instead of combos. It’s sturdy and it collapses and it moves like Barry Sanders!
