Coming back to the fat strings

So two months ago I decided to go back to playing guitar...sold off all my bass stuff and bought guitar stuff...then figured out that I'm not a guitar player...bought a piano...just started taking lessons on that (going good BTW)...and was rocking out to some music today and kept hearing the bass.

And what originally drew me to the bass struck me again - been on CL all day trying to get that 5-string setup lol!

Man, sometimes I think I'm just crazy hopping around on different instruments. I don't know why I pushed the bass away in the first place. Probably just got frustrated trying to work above my proficiency level. I intend to avoid that.

So what have I missed..?? Actually 2 months seems like forever!

i have done that same thing in the past. that is why i always have my guitar put away in my closet with my guitar amp. sometimes i'll write a riff on bass and then try to write guitar to it. i dont do it that often. but it's worth keeping the guitar around for it. DONT SELL YOUR STUFF NEXT TIME! just keep it in the closet
