Compact Lightweight Power Amp....what's out there?

So I'm searching for some sort of power amp I can use with either my Tech21 Sansamp,
or my Aggie DB924 pre. Into an Aggie GS112 (8ohm) cab.
Compact and lightweight, as stated.
I was looking at an ISP Stealth, then came across a Quilter Interbass pedal style amp. I don't need earthshaking power, it's for small room rehearsals. But more than 45 watts, as the Quilter states it pushes out.
These types of power amps are sort of new to me, does anyone have any experience with anything like these?

I could be wrong, but I think the Jay Ganz Straight Ahead power amp is the most affordable. It would be 300w into your cab. Usually sell for around $200 used. Not sure what the new price is though.

You could also look at just a smaller head... If you’re not looking to mount onto a pedalboard. A used Genz-Benz Shuttle 6.0 would be not much more money than those amps, not much bigger or heavier, and has the option to use on it’s own or as just a power amp for your other preamps.

Thanks, that could be another option. I came across a Quilter Tone Block 200 for sale. That might be worth considering.

Why not use the insert return of any inexpensive small amp head? Tons of different brands and models available (GK, tc, elf, markbass, you name‘em)...

Another vote for using the return jack on a MI instrument amp assuming you don't need 19" rackmount (although that's how I use my MBF 800).
You have a spare pre-amp in case your outboard pre has problems, plus it will have all the certifications that you don't get with some of the smaller companies that make a power amp in a box.
